I was called to the Bar 35 years ago, and have been a professional mediator for the last 20 years.

Mediation is a passion for me.  I truly enjoy the accomplishment of getting settlements done between parties who come to mediation entrenched in costly and time-consuming litigation, or facing the prospects of looming litigation.  There is a magic about mediation, and it never ceases to amaze me how even in hard cases, where the parties are diametrically opposed, and have vastly different views on their rights, that through a day or two of hard work, inspiration, and managed compromise, solutions are created, and settlements made.

My philosophy about disputes is that every one of them has a solution.  My goal, as a mediator, is to help the participants to find and recognize solutions to their disputes, articulate them, and then formulate them into lasting settlements.  I use innovation, imagination, and hard work to achieve results.  I help my mediation clients move from dispute to resolution.
